As a breakfast cook, you will ensure a delicious start to the day for our guests. Breakfast is the last moment of contact before guests check out, and you play a key role in creating an unforgettable impression. In addition, you support your colleagues in the kitchen with mise en place.
As an Apprentice Chef, you’ll have the unique opportunity to learn the trade at a Michelin-starred restaurant. Under the guidance of experienced chefs, you’ll be introduced to high-quality ingredients, modern cooking techniques, and the discipline required for top-level cooking. You’ll support the team during prep and service, develop your professional skills, and gradually grow into an independent chef.
As a Chef de Partie, you are responsible for your own section within our Michelin-starred kitchen. You work with high-quality ingredients every day and ensure that every dish and its presentation meets the highest quality standards. Together with the kitchen team, you contribute to an exceptional culinary experience for our guests. In addition, you’ll be responsible for mise-en-place, monitoring quality and hygiene, and assisting in the development of new dishes and techniques.
As an Independent Chef, you are a key member of our kitchen team. You prepare and present dishes in accordance with our Michelin star standards and work closely with chefs and colleagues during service. You are responsible for your own workstation, ensure the quality of the dishes, and oversee the efficient preparation and execution of daily tasks.
