As a Front Office Assistant, you are Central Park’s calling card. You ensure that our guests lack for nothing and you play an important role in creating an unforgettable experience. Your duties are varied and offer plenty of challenge, because the role of front office employee goes beyond the standard reception duties.
As a breakfast cook, you will ensure a delicious start to the day for our guests. Breakfast is the last moment of contact before guests check out, and you play a key role in creating an unforgettable impression. In addition, you support your colleagues in the kitchen with mise en place.
As a Chef de Rang, you are responsible for the daily guest experience within your rank. You ensure that every guest feels welcome, seen and at ease, from welcome to farewell. With an eye for detail and timing, you will supervise table service and coordinate with kitchen, colleagues and management to ensure smooth and personalized service. You are visible on the floor, anticipating guests’ needs and actively contributing to the quality and continuity of our service. In addition, you will support the team in mise en place, service preparation and adherence to our service standards.
As assistant sommelier, you will support the sommelier in curating and serving our wine selection, ensuring that each guest experiences a perfectly matched wine experience. Wine is an essential part of the guest experience, and you play an important role in advising, pouring and presenting at the table. You will also support the team in wine stocking, mise en place and maintaining our wine cellar.
