May we introduce: our intern Romy. She is social, attentive, hospitable and very eager to learn! Romy is studying tourism at the school ROC Mondriaan and is in the third year of her study. She nearly finished her internship at Central Park.
What do you like the most about working at CP?
“The cooperation with my colleagues and the diversity of activities are the things I like the most. I would like to learn as much as possible and I received this chance by doing my internship at CP: one moment I am welcoming guests, and the other moment I take care of breakfast.”
What is the most special what you have experienced during your internship at Central Park?
“During my internship of five months by Central Park I noticed that every guest is different. Every human being is unique and needs different attention. That what makes this work so alternating!”
This culinary top worker is originally from French and is working in the kitchen of Central Park since September 2019. Colleagues describe “Soef” as motivated, fanatical and cheerful. Moreover, he is in his best mood when he is creating dishes to surprise the guests!
How did you find out about Central Park?
“After my study at Cas Spijkers Academy I have been working at several restaurants as chef de Parti, including Restaurant Parkheuvel, Restaurant La Vie, Pure C and Restaurant Amarone. During my time at Parkheuvel I have met Joey de Kruijff. Therefore, I arrived at Central Park.”
What is your favourite dish?
“Cheesecake is my absolute favorite. The one on the menu is a combination with jalapeno pepper, water kefir, kiwi and coriander. You should really come and try this one!”
